As the COACH McKinney Teacher Hospitality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organizing and executing initiatives to express appreciation and support for our CCA teachers and COACH teachers. Responsibilities:
- Gift Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with a team of volunteers to plan and coordinate thoughtful gifts for CCA and COACH teachers on special occasions such as the first day and last day of classes. This involves selecting or purchasing appropriate items, arranging gift packaging, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Thank You Notes and Emails: Craft personalized thank you notes and emails to express gratitude and appreciation to the teachers for their commitment and efforts. Maintain a heartfelt and genuine approach in conveying the collective appreciation of the COACH McKinney community.
- Feedback Management: Oversee the feedback received from CCA teachers through the online feedback form. Organize and analyze the feedback in order to identify areas of improvement and address any concerns or suggestions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the COACH Directors, teachers, and other volunteers to gather information about teacher preferences, event dates, and any specific needs or requests. Coordinate efforts to ensure smooth execution of gift-giving and hospitality initiatives.
- Thoughtful Gestures and Hospitality: Develop and implement initiatives to provide additional hospitality and support to teachers, such as organizing small treats, refreshments, or gestures of kindness throughout the year. Ensure that these gestures align with the preferences and needs of the teachers.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with CCA and COACH teachers, creating an environment of trust and appreciation. Act as a point of contact to address any feedback or concerns and ensure open lines of communication with the teachers.
