The Facility Director plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the overall cleanliness and standards of the facility at CCA (Cornerstone Christian Academy). Acting as a liaison between COACH McKinney and CCA, including the CCA Campus Director and CCA Teachers and Staff, the Facility Director fosters effective communication and facilitates a hospitable environment for all parties. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively correspond through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Liaison:

- Serve as a liaison between the Campus Director, COACH McKinney, and the CCA Teachers and Staff, relaying important information and facilitating effective communication.
- Correspond with all parties related to the facility through email, phone, or in-person meetings to address inquiries, concerns, updates, and ensure a clear line of communication. Including the insurance company.

- Facility Management:

- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, ensuring it adheres to the high standards set by CCA and COACH McKinney.
- Coordinate with custodial staff or external vendors to ensure regular cleaning, repairs, and maintenance activities are carried out efficiently.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify any areas that require attention and implement appropriate corrective measures.

- Hospitality Management:

- Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment for COACH McKinney, CCA Teachers, and Staff.
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements for COACH meetings, events, or special occasions held within this or another facility, such as providing refreshments and ensuring necessary equipment or resources are available.

- Ensure that all facility-related activities, including cleanliness, organization, and safety, align with the standards set by CCA and COACH McKinney.
- Develop and implement protocols and procedures to maintain a well-functioning and aesthetically pleasing facility.
- Annually run background checks for all COACH families and oversee all participants on-campus through attendance records and guest passes.

- Record-Keeping and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records related to facility maintenance, repairs, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports and updates regarding facility-related matters for the Campus Director and other relevant stakeholders as required.
- Maintain insurance documents, guest passes, and background check paperwork
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively correspond through various channels.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility management.
- Proficiency in using email, phone systems, and other technology tools for communication and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
- Prior experience in facility management or a related field is preferred.
