ELECTIVE: SOME HOMEWORK
In this class, we will explore ancient history using the Who Is…Series. We will spend two weeks on each title using a unit study that includes games, maps, some crafts, a biography sheet, short videos and fun activities to help history come alive. The last week students will dress up for our living history museum and present information about their historical figure. Detailed instructions will be provided.
Each week your student will need to read between 3-6 short chapters (about 50 pages) and complete the copy sentence. We may also send home a timeline.
Each week, please bring to class a pencil, colored pencils and the folder provided. Homework should not exceed 15 min a day.
There may be trinkets/candy as prizes. Please let us know if there are any food allergies.
