This class is for Middle and High School students who have an interest in learning the “Behind the Scenes” of producing a live theatre performance. We will learn about and participate in set creation, costume design and execution, props, lighting design, sound design as well as learning how to manage the stage, run through cues, changing of sets and scenery, backgrounds, preset costumes and props, how to manage lighting and mics during a live performance and run a light and sound board. Our class will culminate in the production of the live COACH performance of Once Upon A Mattress in November.
