A few of the topics that will be covered are Earth’s layers, volcanos and earthquakes, oceans and rivers, weather and the water cycle. Masterbook’s Big Book of Earth & Sky along with Usborne’s Encyclopedia of Planet Earth will be the primary material taught from, along with other sources as well. Student will have a folder that new material will get added to each week, and by the end of the semester they will have a keepsake to help remember what they have learned.
