COACH Rockwall Phone + Email Support – Registration (Parent Service Hour)

The Phone + Email Support – Registration volunteer position at COACH Rockwall provides an exciting opportunity to assist new and current families with the registration process for their students. As a volunteer in this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and efficient registration experience for families, while also collaborating with the IT + Data User Management team.

Your main responsibility will involve providing phone and email support to families throughout the registration period. By promptly addressing inquiries and offering guidance, you will assist families in navigating the registration system and ensure a positive registration experience. Your friendly and professional communication style will help build rapport with families and provide them with the necessary support.

In addition to supporting families during registration, you will work closely with the IT + Data User Management team. This collaboration will involve collecting and managing user data, including registration details, user profiles, and any necessary updates or changes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the system.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the IT + Data User Management team to survey families each semester. By gathering information on the needed and desired classes for their children, you will contribute to the overall understanding of the preferences and requirements of our COACH community. This data will assist the IT + Data – Adding Classes team in making informed decisions regarding class offerings and scheduling.
