IEW Bible Heroes (1st-4th Grade) (Part 2) (1 Credit) – 2 Semester Course, 24 Weeks

Required** You must have finished Part 1 at COACH Rockwall in the Fall Semester to sign-up for this class.

Get to know the heroes of the Bible while fostering enjoyment in writing with structure and style. From Enoch and Noah to John the Baptist and Paul, students will get to know the heroes of the Bible while working through six of IEW’s nine units. A variety of games teach vocabulary, reinforce elements of style, and add to the fun!

This class is an introduction, at an easy pace, to develop a love of writing using the IEW writing process to set the foundation for successful future writing.

There will be minimal homework, if any, as the goal is to build up the student in their confidence and feeling accomplished during class time.

This class welcomes the struggling reader/writer so long as they are able to follow along with instruction.
