Gardening for Life: PART 2 (7th-12th Grade) (1/2 Credit) – 1 Semester Course – 12 Weeks
God gave us everything we need on this Earth to be & stay healthy. He created our bodies to work perfectly in harmony with nature & nature always holds the answer. This class, taught by Certified Master Gardener Karen Gonzalez, will go over the basics of organic gardening practices, weed & pest control, medicinal plants & the simplicity of microgreens & indoor gardening. By the end of the class, your child will have the knowledge to start growing veggies, even in the smallest of spaces!
There will be some things they will either need to buy or I can look into buying for the class. I will need more time to get that figured out, though.
COST: $25/per semester
PREREQUISITE: Must have taken and passed Gardening for Life in the Fall or have a fair amount of gardening experience.
