As the COACH Membership Director, you will be responsible for overseeing new and current members, ensuring a smooth and positive membership experience. You will work closely with the COACH IT Teams to assist with online logins and registration processes. Additionally, you will manage the Online Address Book, keeping the directory current and up-to-date. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Registration Team on membership name tags each semester and providing support to members through phone and email communication.
Responsibilities:
- Membership Management: Oversee the process of new member registration, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and communicate any updates or changes to relevant teams.
- Online Login and Registration Support: Collaborate with the COACH IT Teams to assist members with online logins and troubleshoot any issues related to the registration process. Provide guidance and support to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Online Address Book Management: Maintain the Online Address Book, ensuring it reflects the most current member information. Regularly update contact details and assist members in accessing and updating their own information as needed.
- Directory Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the COACH Membership Directory. Coordinate with members to verify and update their directory information and communicate any changes or updates to the COACH community.
- Membership Name Tags: Work closely with the Registration Team to coordinate the creation and distribution of membership name tags each semester. Ensure that name tags accurately reflect members’ information and facilitate a sense of community within COACH.
- Membership Support: Provide responsive and friendly assistance to members through phone and email communication. Address membership-related questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive member experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage membership records and directory updates effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear and helpful guidance to members.
- Familiarity with online registration systems and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
