This high-energy class is designed to build power, strength, agility, and speed through a variety of dynamic circuit workouts. Students rotate through stations that combine bodyweight exercises, resistance training, plyometrics, and cardio drills to develop total-body athletic performance. Whether you’re preparing for a specific sport or just aiming to stay fit and energized, this class helps improve overall endurance, coordination, and confidence. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, personal goal-setting, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. We will start with baseline exercises so students can see their progress over the semester. Have fun and feel energized while gaining fitness!
I’ll provide all equipment needed.
Students need to wear exercise clothing that’s appropriate for the weather for that day. Wear running or workout shoes that are comfortable.
