This course will meet children where they are at in math and expand on their knowledge in a fun and engaging way.
We will use manipulatives and games as well as the curriculum Number Ninjas, the game Number Ninjas, and Number Ninja Fidget Game.
We will also use math story books to get concepts down as they are presented in the curriculum.
The goal of the course is to develop fluency and accuracy in addition and subtraction. While also learning other math concepts and exploring multiplication and division.

Homework: Each unit is designed to last an hour. If your child does not finish work in class, they may come home with work to finish so that they are caught up for the following lesson and can play the games.
There may occasionally be timed worksheets to measure their speed throughout the year.
Supplies Needed: Pencil, eraser, sharpener, scissors, glue stick, and colored pencils.
